A beautiful pink color that comes from a high iron content.
Bolivian pink salt is extracted from a deposit at an attitude of more than 3,000 metres, where it is naturally protected by the volcanic rock of the Andes mountain range. Its pink colour comes from high iron content, which is essentially a trace element. It is also rich in calcium, potassium and magnesium. It delivers an intense saline flavour in the mouth without being overpowering. In the kitchen, it pairs perfectly with grilled red meat, roasts, oily fish and sauce-based dishes. You can also try it with raw vegetables. We recommend grinding the salt at the very last moment in a salt mill without exceeding the maximum daily salt intake of 5 g.

Cannelle de Ceylan
Real Ceylon Cinnamon
There’s cinnamon and then there’s real cinnamon! There are several varieties of cinnamon. Real cinnamon (Cinnamomum Zeylanicum or Ceylon cinnamon) features a delicate fragrance and contains several thin layers of curled bark. Real cinnamon should not be confused with Chinese cassia cinnamon, which is less aromatic and more bitter, but also a lot more common. Chinese cinnamon sticks come from a single layer of very thick and hard bark. Grind Ceylon cinnamon in the Lanka Shaker Mill at the very last minute to release mouth-watering flavours and aromas ideal for desserts (tartes, pies, etc.) and savoury dishes (squash gratin, pork, etc.).
Ceylon cinnamon is a delicate, warm spice with orangey and slightly woody notes. In the kitchen, it is the ideal match for fruit salads and compotes, pain perdu and obviously apple pie. It can also be used in savoury dishes.
